By making a booking via our website, email, WhatsApp, or any platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

- “Guest / You” refers to the customer making a booking
- “Program” refers to any sanctuary experience offered
- “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation
- “Payment” refers to any amount paid to secure a booking
3. Booking Policy
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or deposit
- Availability is limited and works on a first-paid basis
- Submitting a form without payment does not guarantee a reservation
- We reserve the right to adjust or decline bookings due to:
- Safety concerns
- Animal welfare
- Operational limitations
4. Payment Terms
- Payments may be full or deposit-based (34%)
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Remaining balance may be completed at the sanctuary where applicable
- Guests must provide accurate payment details (email, receipt, reference)
5. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices include only what is listed in the selected program
- Prices do not include:
- Personal expenses
- Tips or optional extras
- Prices may change, but confirmed bookings remain unaffected
6. Booking Changes
- Changes require at least 72 hours’ notice
- Changes are subject to availability
- Only one change per booking may be allowed
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must:
- Follow all safety instructions
- Respect staff guidance
- Treat animals ethically and responsibly
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
8. Health & Safety
- Guests participate at their own risk
- Medical conditions should be disclosed in advance
